During this interactive, in-person workshop, Keri Palasz provided an overview of competitive yoga with an explanation of how an athlete joins USA Yoga. Keri explained the benefits of using the USA Yoga Posture Guidelines to learn how to refine postures for competition and for personal growth. During the workshop Keri demonstrated more than 30 postures.

During this interactive Zoom course, Keri Palasz provided practical advice and flexible guidelines that yoga athletes can use to promote health and wellness through their food selections. The course encourages participation through online polls and surveys. Attendees learned nutrition basics, how Olympic athletes use a planned healthy dietary intake pattern as a tool to promote their success, and how to plan their own healthy dietary intake pattern as they plan for the National competition.
